1. Who we are

sugarmile.store (the "Site") is operated by Rainbridge Market LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Sugarmile", "we", "us"). Our address is 600 Pine Street, Suite 410, Seattle, WA 98101. You can reach us at support@sugarmile.store or +1 (307) 555-0142. We reply within 1 business day.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. We sell only to consumers for personal use and ship only to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, resale or an address we can't ship to.

3. Orders, prices, taxes and shipping

• All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation.
• Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may expire.
• We try to show accurate prices, descriptions and stock levels. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you ordered, we will contact you before shipping and let you cancel for a full refund. We may correct errors at any time.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.

4. Subscribe & Save (automatic renewal)

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every 30 days for the products in your subscription at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently 15% off the one-time price), plus tax and any shipping, until you cancel.

• Your first charge happens when you place the order. Each renewal is charged on the day the next order is processed.
• You can skip, change or cancel anytime by emailing support@sugarmile.store with your order number. Cancel at least 1 day before your next renewal date to avoid that charge.
• If we change the subscription price, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In short: we refund your first order within 30 days of delivery, even if it's opened.

6. Product information and health disclaimer

Sugarmile products are maple syrup-based energy gels (food). They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• Formulated for active adults. Read the label and use only as directed.
• Cold Brew Maple contains 50 mg of caffeine per pouch and is not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, or women who are pregnant or nursing.
• Salted Maple+ contains 500 mg of sodium per pouch. Consult your physician before use if you follow a sodium-restricted diet.
• Consult your physician before use if you have diabetes or another medical condition, or take medication.
• Content on the Site, including calculators, quizzes and articles, is general information, not medical advice.
• Individual results vary. Reviews reflect the experiences of individual customers.

7. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't copy, scrape or resell Site content, interfere with its operation, or submit false information or reviews. Site content, logos and trademarks belong to Rainbridge Market LLC or its licensors.

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and in our marketing. You confirm it's your own honest experience. We may moderate or remove submissions.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and to the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rainbridge Market LLC and its members, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.

11. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

• Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email support@sugarmile.store with your name, order number and a description of the issue. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.
• Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it, any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video or in your county of residence. We will pay the filing and arbitrator fees above what you would pay to file in court.
• Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in your county of residence or in King County, Washington.
• Class action waiver. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. Claims may be brought only individually.
• Opt-out. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first order by emailing support@sugarmile.store with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and your name and order number.
• If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not arbitration.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after that date. For material changes affecting active subscriptions, we will email you in advance.
